Standard Orders 

Standard orders are processed in 1–7 business days and shipped from Accrington, UK. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Pre-orders 

Pre-orders are shipped when we have the product in stock, in the information of the specific product you will find the approximate date of shipping. Pre-order means we don’t have the product in stock yet, but you have the option to order it in advance. Any additional products you order along with a pre-order will be shipped at the same time as that product. We will ship the product once we have it in stock.

Where We Ship To

Shipping is available to Europe, North America (US and Canada), Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. Please note, you may have to pay local fees upon delivery such as import duty, taxes and/or customs handling fees. For estimated delivery times, please see below.

• UK: Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-5 working days + possible delay

• Europe: Royal Mail International Standard: 5-7 working days + possible delay

• North America & Mexico: Royal Mail International Standard: 8-10 working days + possible delay

• Australia & New Zealand: Royal Mail International Standard: 8-10 working days + possible delay

These time estimations are based on average delivery times under normal circumstances. Unfortunately customers may experience bigger or smaller delays due to the Royal Mail postal strikes. Exact delivery times are not available for at the moment, as it fluctuates from week to week. Please be prepared to wait for your order for several weeks, even up to two months.

Tracking

In an effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, orders are ordinarily not posted with tracking.

However, if you are happy to cover the extra cost of a tracked service you have the option to add tracking to your order. Please find it in the shop (or click here) and add it to your basket before checkout; your order will then be shipped with tracking. The tracking information will be sent in your dispatch email once your order has shipped.

Customs Fees and Taxes

We aren’t able to tell you if, or how much tax/customs fees could be, as this varies from country to country. Many countries have a threshold value for customs fees that must be reached before fees are appliccable. Having a look online at what this threshold is for your particular country may help you. We regret that we are unable to provide this information for you.
