What is the shop's currency?

The shop’s currency is Pound Sterling (£), also known as GBP (Great British Pound), as we are UK based.

When will my order be posted?

We post out orders once per week. Please allow some time for your package to reach you (international orders may take as long as 4 weeks). Estimated lead times can be found at our Shipping Policy.

Can I track my order?

In an effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, orders are ordinarily not posted with tracking. Orders within the UK are posted with the 2nd Class Signed For service which, although provides proof of delivery, is not a fully tracked service.

However, if you are happy to cover the extra cost of a tracked service you have the option to add tracking to your order. Please find it in the shop (or click here) and add it to your basket before checkout; your order will then be shipped with tracking. The tracking information will be sent in your dispatch email once your order has shipped.

Will I pay tax and/or customs fees, as I am an international customer?

We aren’t able to tell you if, or how much tax/customs fees could be, as this varies from country to country. Many countries have a threshold value for customs fees that must be reached before fees are appliccable. Having a look online at what this threshold is for your particular country may help you.

Do you take commissions?
